Are holidays excluded?

By default only weekends are excluded. Public holidays depend on your country and are not factored in automatically.

Is the start date counted?

Yes. In "between" mode both the start and end dates are included in the working-day count.

What if the start date is on a weekend?

The tool still counts correctly from Monday onwards; a weekend start date contributes 0 business days on that day.

How many working days are in a year?

About 260–262 on a standard 5-day week, before subtracting public holidays.
