Suppose you have a 1920x1080 screenshot saved as PNG that is about 2.4 MB. Choose JPG, set quality to 80 and scale to 100%, then click Convert. The output keeps the same 1920x1080 dimensions but typically lands between 300 and 500 KB — several times smaller — with almost no visible difference for photos.
